Saturday – 1:00 AM
I literally cannot remember my day before CR today. I have a vague memory of what I did, but no idea how I felt about it or what my conversation with God was. Then there was CR, which was totally amazing and anonymous and confidential. I was really, really messed up and in pain. Then one day God drug me kicking and screaming to CR. Then my pain slowly went away. I still puke all over the place sometimes, but I am so thankful for the amazingness of Jesus Christ and transparency.
I am absolutely blessed beyond measure. I am so thankful He decided to give me something to do in His kingdom. Watching from the sidelines would be categorically boring.
I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. – John 15:5-8
