I am so hangry right now, therefore nothing in this post may be relevant or true! So very, very hangry. I have not been able to eat enough all day. I think this is my fourth meal, plus snacks. Grrr. Anyway, I did pretty decent today. I am really struggling with getting all up in my head again and trying to fix the future. I can’t do that, it simply won’t work. I will just get bitter, angry and frustrated. Step group number four has finished. We party next week. I have been in so many step groups now that they all blend together. We are rocking it out though and this step group finished really strong! Way to go! Hurray! Still fighting the voices in my head though.
