All is quiet

I think I may have just had the quietest day I have ever had in my life. My brain and heart and emotions were just quiet. Barely moved a muscle, and got a lot of work done, too. I love it. I am reading a book on neuroscience, the brain and conversational intelligence for work. Very interesting. In the the language of the book, my amygdala was very quiet today. Most activity took place in my pre-frontal cortex. haha Romans is continuing to make its way deep into my heart; or at least, deeper than it was.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,e just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” – Romans 1:16-17
